If the snack machine calls your name in the afternoon, plan for that and take your own healthy snack. Increase the number of times you eat throughout the day. Cut your portions into thirds. Then, only eat two of them. If you normally have a Big Mac and fries for lunch, switch to one of the salads, eat half and save the rest for a snack in the afternoon.

Eat more fruits and vegetables at every meal and less of other items. By increasing your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, you'll not only improve your health, you'll lose weight. Of course, apple pie does not count as a fruit in your diet menu and neither do breaded and fried veggies.

You don't have to get complicated if you simply reduce portions, avoid fatty foods, change your desserts to healthy options such as fruit and increase your vegetable intake. Simply eating much smaller portions more frequently can be one of the easy diet plans for guys that are easy to stick with and can make a world of difference in your weight.
